In consecutive interpreting, the speaker talks in segments and pauses regularly to allow the interpreter to render the message into the target language.
Telephone interpreting is also available for selected assignments.

In simultaneous interpreting, the interpreter conveys the message into another language almost in real time while the speaker continues speaking. Depending on the event, appropriate interpreting and conference equipment may be required.
For online events, I can also interpret remotely, for example via Zoom or other commonly used videoconferencing platforms.

My extensive experience accompanying patients to medical appointments, together with my previous work at a health insurance provider, has given me a sound understanding of the German healthcare system and its medical and administrative processes.

Over 8 years of experience coordinating translation projects in up to 27 target languages. Services include project coordination, sourcing translators and service providers, file preparation and post-processing using Trados Studio and Across, as well as quality assurance and formatting checks.

Raised in Ukraine, living in Germany since 2004
- Working as an interpreter and translator since 2010, initially part-time and now self-employed on a full-time basis
- Generally sworn interpreter for Ukrainian, sworn in by Stuttgart Regional Court
- State-certified interpreter for Ukrainian
- B.A. in German and English Studies, University of Cologne
- Diploma in Translation (Ukrainian, Russian, English), Ukraine
- Extensive experience as a project manager at translation agencies, coordinating multilingual translation and interpreting projects
- Several years of experience as a customer advisor and interpreter at a statutory health insurance provider

For interpreting enquiry
Please provide the language combination, date, duration, location, subject or event, and number of participants.
For translation enquiry
Please send the text to be translated, preferably in an editable format, along with the target language, required delivery date and any special requirements.

Fees
Interpreting
Interpreting is charged at daily, half-day or hourly rates. Fees depend on the subject, preparation time, type and duration of the assignment, and the interpreting mode required (consecutive or simultaneous). Travel time and travel expenses are charged separately.
Translation
Translation rates depend on factors such as the length and complexity of the text, file format, quality of the source text, and the requested delivery date.
